Why I joined Kappa Theta Pi
I joined KTP for a variety of reasons, first to be apart of a community that focuses on various aspects of Technology. To gain leadership experience and be apart of a lasting legacy that will thrive through the years. Finally, to network with peers and professionals alike, to build foundational skills when it comes to networking. Being a member of KTP provides so many opportunities for professional development, collaboration on various technical projects, and participation in events that build skills that will turn heads on a resume.
Hobbies, Interests, and Fun Facts!
In my limited free time, I enjoy running and playing Dungeons and Dragons. To support this hobby on a budget, I create maps and literature, and I've even started 3D printing. Model building is a big stress relief for me, specifically Star Wars model kits. I'm a big Star Wars nerd; it's one of my favorite universes to take inspiration from. The rich lore, intricate character arcs, and the epic of both Luke and Anakin Skywalker are incredibly captivating to me.
Fun facts may include but are not limited to: In High School I participated in Texas UIL for Solo and Ensemble and scored the second highest in the entire state for my vocal range. In my video gaming days I managed to secure the 22nd spot worldwide in Final Fantasy XIV, raiding as a Dancer (Support Combat Class).
